Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AMT Identrio (the "Service"), operated by AMT Consulting LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Service description
AMT Identrio is a cloud-based compliance platform for know-your-customer (KYC), know-your-business (KYB), anti-money-laundering (AML) screening, biometric verification, document authentication, risk orchestration, and audit-ready reporting. Features and integrations may vary by subscription tier and configuration.
Permitted use
The Service is intended for regulated financial institutions, licensed fintechs, payment service providers, and other businesses subject to AML/CFT obligations that have completed AMT Identrio's onboarding and approval process. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful compliance and identity-verification purposes;
- Obtain all required consents from data subjects before submitting their personal data;
- Not use the Service to circumvent sanctions, export controls, or applicable financial regulations;
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials, API keys, and approval tokens.
Data processing
AMT Identrio is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms where applicable law requires a processor agreement between controller and processor.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMT Identrio and AMT Consulting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AMT Identrio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
AMT Identrio provides tooling to support compliance decisions; final regulatory responsibility for customer onboarding and AML decisions remains with you as the regulated entity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prishtinë, Kosovo, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
